Form, Technique and Mobility

CrossFit has become an essential part of my life. I look forward to my 12:00 class every day during the week. After a year and a half I realized my mobility issues was affecting my overall work out, I was stuck in a rut and was unable to gain strength/speed in my lifts.
I started a one on one personal training program on Nov 9 with Coach Kyle. The sessions have put a strong emphasis on my form, technique and mobility. I have been working on my mobility at the gym and at home, this has translated into lifting more weight with better form. On November 30th I PR’d my back squat and lifted 120lb where just five weeks ago I had been stuck on 100lb.

I’m halfway through my program and I have increased my speed, power, mobility and the weight I have been lifting. I’m looking at progressing even more under the guidance of Coach Kyle.
