Favourite thing about biometrics: the community. Knowing I can come in and put in 60 minutes of hard work with good people with the music cranked fires me up.
Colin has been doing CrossFit for 5+ years and starting attending Biometrics since March of 2022. Colin Brings big energy to each and every class and looks for each and every member that walks through the door to leave having a great experience.
When he’s not coaching Colin is a full time Military service member and the 2nd Battalion the Royal Canadian Regiment in Gagetown. Colin is also a big book worm with a love of history, thrillers and true crime
