GROUP CLASSES

During group classes you will push yourself and sweat it out with like-minded individuals as you compete with yourself (and others, if you choose) for rounds, time, points, glory, emotional satisfaction and spiritual growth. You will reach new physical and emotional levels and you will undoubtedly find yourself with a new social and support network who will help you on your continued path to greater health and happiness.

A typical Group class comprises 5 main components:

  1. Warm-up
  2. Strength training (one movement per day)
  3. Review of movements and points of performance in our daily workout
  4. Workout of the Day – this is a high intensity workout that comprises multiple movements to work all metabolic pathways
  5. Mobility – stretching and muscle recovery

Our programming and in-class coaching ensure you will continue to receive training that is challenging even as your fitness abilities improve.

I became a member of biometrics in November 2017, after completing the weightlifting program with coaches Kyle and Alex, and it was by far one of the best decisions I have ever made!
