The MetCon program is a great way to get started on your path to fitness at Biometrics while you get to know our coaches and learn more about our programs and services. Biometrics is more than just a gym, we are a family. The support that comes from the coaches and members you will meet at Biometrics is one of the biggest reasons that our members are so successful and stick to our programs for the long term. Most of our members have been with us for years and that is how you get results!
All coaches at Biometrics go through our Professional Coach Development Program and are there to make sure you play safe and get the most results from your workout every time you step in the gym. In addition to holding a number of different coaching certifications many of our coaches already have a B.Sc. Kin degree or are currently enrolled in that program at UNB while they complete their coaching apprenticeship at Biometrics. Our MetCon program uses movements from our movement system hierarchy so that every workout is easily scaled to your abilities.
With four morning (incl Sat) and four evening class options throughout the week there is always a schedule option for you. Can’t make it on Wednesday, no problem, we have two classes available on Thursday for you to choose from. Memberships are “3x/week” which means you can choose the schedule that works best for you and come up to 3x every week!
