We all have our own goals, challenges, activity levels, physical make-up and habits and those things make each of us unique in our dietary requirements. With all of these variables there simply can be no one size fits all plan that will be the answer to each individuals nutritional needs.

At Biometrics your Professional Nutrition Coach will work with you to develop a customized meal plan based on whole, nutritious foods that our bodies have evolved to thrive on.

PHASE 1: (12+ weeks)

1. A thorough case review (initial session is 30-45 minutes) with personalized nutrition and supplement recommendations unique to you and your body

2. Ever-changing meal plan suggestions with recipes so that you’re always looking forward to your next meal or snack

3. Bi-weekly 30 minute face to face appointment

4. Unlimited e-mail support between appointments to give you the maximum amount of support

5. Nutrition education and resources tailored to your needs and interests

6. Support and accountability throughout your entire health journey
